Stop fixing everything. Fix what matters most.
A lot of leaders tell me they feel stuck in a cycle of reacting:
The same problems keep coming back
Meetings feel repetitive
Everyone is busy, but nothing is changing
That’s exactly why I created the AIM Framework, a simple way to create momentum without burning people out.
AIM stands for:
Analyze → Improve → MoveIt’s not theory. It’s a rhythm. A way to lead when you don’t have time for another complicated strategy.
Let me show you how it works.
A: Analyze (Get Curious, Not Critical)
Most leaders jump to solutions too fast. We fix symptoms, not systems.
Instead, try this:
Ask these three questions before making any decision:
What’s really happening?
Why is it happening?
What will happen if we do nothing?
Answer those honestly, and you’ll stop solving the wrong problem.
I: Improve (Fix What’s Broken, Not What’s Annoying)
Instead of fixing everything, fix the thing that creates the most friction.
Try this:
Identify one change that makes everything else easier
Focus on systems, not personalities
Fix the root, not the reaction
Improvement isn’t about more work. It’s about smarter work.
M: Move (Progress Beats Perfection)
Most changes fail because we hold onto them too long, waiting to “roll them out perfectly.”
So instead:
Test it small
Learn fast
Adjust quicker than you planned
Movement creates clarity. Perfection creates delay.
